As I reflect on our community’s journey, I want to recognize the exceptional contributions of our youth, especially during the COVID-19 crisis in India. Their commitment and determination to support our community through one of its most challenging times were truly inspiring.

Watching our young volunteers in action filled me with admiration. Balancing careers, college, and high school, they stepped forward without hesitation, working tirelessly to provide life-saving support to those in urgent need. Their resilience, maturity, and unwavering dedication made a profound impact.

This experience has strengthened my belief in the potential of our youth to lead and drive change. The unity and determination they showed offer a powerful glimpse of the future we can create—one energized and strengthened by young people committed to our mission.

I want to express my gratitude to all the young leaders for their remarkable contributions. Your hard work and willingness to step up during challenging times have made a significant difference in the lives of many.

As we look toward KOA’s future, let’s continue to celebrate and support these young leaders. It’s essential that we provide them with opportunities to help shape and lead our organization. They are the torchbearers of our heritage, and by nurturing an environment of support, we can build a KOA that is resilient, inclusive, and ready for the future.
