My Expressions

I occasionally express my love and passion for our community by creating KP-themed content that resonates with the contemporary era. Here are a few pieces I’ve created:

Cultural Expression Through Poetry: Honoring Our Heritage and Contemporary Experiences

This piece seeks to shed light on the complexities of displacement while honoring our cultural identity and the hope for a brighter future.

"Yeh Sattar Saal Ki Baat Nahi"-  A Hindi poem in the backdrop of abrogation of article 370, that contemplates the sacrifices our ancestors have made throughout the centuries. It emphasizes our resilience as a peace-loving community that has faced significant suffering while choosing a path of non-violence and drawing strength from education. The poem recognizes the countless lives lost to violence and the persistent quest for justice that remains unachieved. Despite this anguish, we foster hope for a brighter future as we honor the sacrifices of those who came before us.

"Main Kaun Hoon" - A Hindi poem that delves into the journey of rediscovering our glorious roots. The poem emphasizes the importance of reconnecting with our history and values as we navigate contemporary challenges, highlighting the resilience of our community and the enduring spirit that binds us to our heritage. Through its verses, it invites readers to reflect on the past while fostering a sense of hope and unity for the future.
