Relevant and Recent KOA Leadership Matters | 100 Day Plan

Namaskar 🙏

I’d like to begin by expressing my heartfelt thanks for the overwhelming support I’ve received. As the saying goes, "it takes a village," and I’m fortunate to bring both my corporate and volunteering experience, along with the support of dedicated volunteers and advisors across our community. Many of you may wonder if I’m ready to lead KOA from Day 1. Achieving a strong start requires recent, relevant KOA leadership experience and a record of success.

With humility, I present the following as the strongest case why you should vote me to serve as your next KOA President:

  1. Extensive KOA Leadership the Past 5 Years

100 DAY PLAN

I’m focused on ensuring a smooth transition and swift progress on KOA’s key projects. Here are the main points of my 100-Day:

Foundational Operating Structure

  • Sub-teams / expanded teams for new initiatives and existing programs with clear charter.
  • Establish goals and success metrics for each initiative.
  • Operating structure to turn it into a true bottoms-up organization with youth embedded into these programs.

Review Membership Structure

  • Membership drive
  • Review membership tiers and benefits

IT Initiatives Needing Immediate Attention

  • Revamp of KOA website
  • Membership data quality
  • Ease of payments (membership dues and donations)

Review and Refresh Communication Strategy and Channels

  • Review and revise moderation for FB and Email groups
  • Establish townhall for regular communication

As we approach the final countdown to this election, I want to thank each of you staying engaged and I am confident that you’ll make an informed and thoughtful decision.

Orzuv,
